ConfirmArt terms and private case conditions.

These terms explain how ConfirmArt handles private case intake, payments, uploaded material and service limitations.

Private case material

By submitting images, documents or notes, you confirm that you have the right to provide them for review. ConfirmArt processes private case material only to provide the requested service, operate the case room, prevent abuse, keep payment records and communicate about the case.

Human authentication service

Authentication reports are human evidence-led reviews. ConfirmArt may use software and AI tools for bounded research support, such as search, extraction, comparison aids or workflow assistance, but not as a final automatic authenticity verdict.

Payment and case creation

Paid Basic and Complete Authentication Report cases are opened after Stripe confirms payment. If checkout is cancelled before payment, no paid authentication case is created. Admin-granted credits may open a case without Stripe payment.

Uploaded files and advertising

Uploaded artwork material, provenance documents and private notes are not sent to advertising platforms. Marketing measurement uses operational event data and, where consent permits, payment attribution data without exposing uploaded case material.

Scope and limitations

Preliminary tools, catalogue consultations, frame guidance and restoration guidance are support services. They do not replace a signed authentication report, a conservation diagnosis, legal advice, insurance appraisal or a guarantee of market acceptance.

Client dashboard

The dashboard is tied to the email used for the case. Clients should use the same email address to create a password, view submitted material, add further evidence and download private deliverables.
